Must:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in regulated environments such as financial services, pharma, or legal sectors. You should have strong experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a proven ability to own and deliver analysis work independently. Familiarity with agile delivery approaches (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in automating manual processes is essential. You should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be skilled in producing clear documentation such as process maps and user stories, and be proactive in managing your workload effectively. Experience in a medium-sized company (250 to 1000 employees) and collaboration across multiple divisions or subsidiaries is highly desired.

You will engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs, problems, and opportunities. Facilitating workshops and sessions to define current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes and requirements will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will develop clear process maps using standard methods, translate business needs into structured requirements, and identify risks and dependencies to help shape effective solutions.
