Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Agile development principles and the Scrum framework
- Experience in test-driven development, including unit testing, mocking, and integration testing
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, specifically CI/CD
- Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., Azure)
- Experience with manual or automated testing
- ISTQB certification in Software Testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Attention to detail and advocacy for code quality and best practices
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and explore new ideas
- Understanding of Motor Claims, Insurance, and Vehicle Repair (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is unaffected by new changes
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
