Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support, particularly 2nd line support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage relationships with third-party suppliers
- Experience with incident and service request management
- Knowledge of Evolve product or similar systems
- Hold a relevant IT qualification or certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Handle escalations from 1st Line Support and consult 3rd Line Support for complex issues
- Provide advanced technical support for internal and external clients
- Mentor 1st Line Engineers
- Prioritize and manage tickets efficiently
- Install, configure, and support IT systems and projects
- Provide on-call support covering P1 incidents 24/7
- Raise concerns, risks, and cyber incidents to the IT leadership team
- Follow internal documentation to ensure consistency in procedures
- Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate to resolve incidents
