Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, etc.
- Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Familiarity with medallion architecture.
- An understanding of dimensional modeling concepts.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
- Practical experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Developer at Solus, you will be responsible for:
- Extracting, transforming, and loading data (ETL).
- Building and maintaining relational data models.
- Developing and maintaining reports with clear narratives.
- Adhering to our team's governance framework.
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing data workflows and reporting solutions for maximum efficiency.
- Advocating a DevOps mindset while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Effectively managing and prioritizing your workload to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Thinking critically to solve complex problems independently and proposing creative solutions.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and analytics.
You will work with the following tools and platforms:
- Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Data Engineering, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI)
- Azure Services (DevOps, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Storage, SQL Server)
