Azure Cloud Engineer (Hybrid)

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, I will support and enable the Microsoft Technology Stack through IT change, troubleshoot IT problems, and follow ITIL v4 guidelines in a cutting-edge and highly secure environment. My tasks include: - Supporting our technical environment, which includes Microsoft technologies, Meraki networking, and SaaS solutions. - Working with the Systems Architect to design, implement, and maintain solutions within our Microsoft Technical Stack. - Collaborating with stakeholders to devise improvements to their teams’ processes using Power Platforms and automation. - Assisting with IT Change and Problem Management, using advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills while working closely with internal colleagues and external suppliers to resolve issues promptly. - Supporting IT governance by ensuring security best practices and disaster recovery plans are followed, and raising concerns, risks, and cyber incidents to the IT leadership team. - Maintaining detailed documentation for system configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting while working with the Helpdesk team to remove blockers to resolve incidents and process service requests. - Providing guidance and support to the wider IT team on infrastructure design and build, as well as sharing information regarding system/device performance and error logs.
