Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong communication skills in architecture and algorithms
- Proficiency in delivery and stakeholder management
- Hands-on software engineering background
- Prior experience in Engineering, CAD, Robotics, AI, or Deep Tech industries
- Bonus: Experience with industrial tech, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), DevOps, simulation engineering, or C++
- Bonus: Background in Mathematics or Physics
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of around 10 engineers building production software for industrial customers
- Shape technical strategy and drive project delivery
- Foster a culture of elegant problem-solving within the team
- Oversee software architecture and mentor talented engineers
- Collaborate closely with product teams to address complex customer needs
