Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency with C# / WPF / WinForms
- Proven experience in software design and development
- Strong technical background with a focus on problem-solving and clean code
- Experience in mentoring and coaching mid-level and junior developers
- Knowledge of industry best practices in software development
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, and cloud operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to participate in technical roadmap planning and system architecture design
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Lead architectural discussions and propose strategic technical solutions
- Review code written by peers for quality and consistency
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs
- Actively participate in code reviews
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers
- Drive development best practices and continuous improvement
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Break down complex requirements into clear technical tasks
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of software releases
