Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in .NET and C#
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Azure cloud-native services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep)
- Knowledge of containerized applications (Docker)
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and solution decisions for projects
- Remain hands-on with .NET and JavaScript/TypeScript builds
- Coach, review, and guide engineers to elevate the team's standards
- Drive the development of a clean, scalable SaaS platform
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership to shape the direction of projects

This position is a genuine step up into leadership, giving you the freedom and autonomy to influence how our software is built. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the engineering culture while still being involved in coding. In addition to competitive compensation in the range of £70-80k, we offer a hybrid working environment with 1-2 days in the office each week.
