Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting or busy service desk environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for client satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications, including Microsoft 365 (training will be provided).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to understand their technology needs.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
- UK residency, preferably located in the Cambridge area.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security solutions.
- Proactively address potential IT issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to recommend effective technology solutions.
