Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow API usage.
- Experience with workflow development, UI customization, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, roles, and platform security.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and common authentication frameworks (OAuth, Basic Auth).
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/others) - preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices - preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery - preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and source control (Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps) - preferred.

Responsibilities
- Customize and optimize ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
- Build new features and integrate the platform with both internal and external systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and process owners.
- Understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Work in an SC Security Cleared environment, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Attend on-site work for up to 3 days per week as required.
