Senior Performance Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You should have strong analytical skills, enabling you to extract and manipulate data from various systems and sources. Proficiency in a wide array of tools, including large language models (LLMs), is essential, as you will provide scalable solutions across government sectors. Experience with AWS is beneficial, and we seek someone who can "join the dots," moving beyond simple data analysis to deliver insights that guide decisions. You must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, confidently challenging the norm and adding value to our processes. You should possess deep technical understanding relevant to performance analysis while integrating insights throughout the product life cycle. Your ability to communicate complex data in compelling and actionable ways is crucial, as is your expertise in developing performance measurement frameworks, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you must demonstrate a solid understanding of security and data privacy.
