Requirements
Must:
As a Solutions Architect, I am looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Solution Architect in consumer-facing technology environments (e.g., retail, media, travel, hospitality).
- Experience in end-to-end application solution architecture.
- Project-based experience with applications like eCommerce, payments, loyalty, booking & reservations, point of sale (PoS), merchandising, smart warehousing, supply chain, and fulfillment.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- A background in software development or technical business analysis is preferred.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- A willingness to work on client sites in and around London 1-2 days per week, with the remaining time remotely.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead and shape end-to-end application solutions for some of the world’s biggest retail brands. I will be client-facing, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring our solutions are tailored to their needs. I will manage stakeholder relationships effectively and contribute to the overall success of our projects in areas such as eCommerce, payments, loyalty, and supply chain.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global, market-leading technology consulting business specializing in enterprise-scale architectures for the retail sector. The position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with a salary between £90k and £100k. The role is based in London with 70% remote work flexibility.
