Requirements
Must:
- Strong UI/UX design experience for mobile and SaaS products, with a portfolio showcasing work for major brands.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe tools, and wireframing/prototyping platforms such as Balsamiq.
- Advanced front-end engineering skills with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, comfortable owning complex UI builds.
- Experience working in cloud-based environments (Azure preferred) and modern DevOps/Agile teams.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser behavior.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work 30% onsite in London, 70% remote.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive, responsive interfaces for a global SaaS and mobile product with a strong emphasis on mobile-first UX.
- Build high-quality front-end components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS within a .NET ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and legal SMEs to turn complex requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions.
- Run usability testing and iterate designs based on real feedback from legal professionals.
- Ensure consistency across platforms and champion accessibility (WCAG).
- Integrate with backend services (C#, Azure) and contribute to API-driven development, ideal for someone keen to expand their backend exposure.
- Maintain design systems, component libraries, and documentation to support scale and reuse.
