Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- 3 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Ideally, some experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Agile Coach
- Relevant Agile certifications
- The ability to define high level product requirements and feature definitions
- Experience in managing and prioritising a Product Backlog
- Experience in managing the ceremonies and rhythm of the Product team (stand-ups, retros, refinement etc)
- A passion for the subject matter and a drive to stay at the forefront of the Product field
- The ability to coach and teach others the many facets of Product Management, Ownership and Agile transformation
- As comfortable working in established Agile settings as well as those transitioning to Agile
- Confident communicators and able to work as adeptly with senior stakeholders as well as project teams
- Ability to help refine and test new methodologies and take them to the client base
- Experienced in stakeholder management, building relationships and trust with clients
- Can operate under pressure and maintain confidence levels in all scenarios
- A willingness to be client facing and to travel occasionally to client sites (1-2 days per week)
- Ideally, experience in retail, eCommerce, travel, media or other B2C sectors
- A degree in Computer Science or related (min. 2:1)
Responsibilities
- Develop and test new Product methodologies internally as well as on client-site
- Manage and prioritise the Product Backlog
- Lead the ceremonies and rhythm of the Product team, including stand-ups, retros, and refinement
- Coach and mentor team members on Product Management, Ownership, and Agile practices
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams
- Build relationships and trust with clients
- Help refine and implement new methodologies
- Travel occasionally to client sites to engage with clients directly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in retail and consumer-facing sectors
