Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Software Developer who is proficient in .Net, C#, and ReactJS, with hands-on experience in building robust applications. You should have a strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design and query optimization, and experience in developing and consuming APIs. It is beneficial if you have experience with MS Access databases. A solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, is essential. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in mentoring or coaching junior developers is desirable. We value a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for driving system improvements and innovation.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in supporting and modernizing our existing systems and driving the development of our new platform(s). Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining software using .Net, C#, ReactJS, SQL Server, and related technologies. You will build and enhance APIs for seamless system integration, support and optimize our existing system, and actively participate in its transition to a modern platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions will also be vital. Additionally, you will ensure high-quality code by performing code reviews and adhering to best practices, and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
