Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across the entire Member Experience Platform
- Set a multi-year vision that unifies App, Portal, and Identity capabilities
- Oversee sub-platforms, ensuring clear contracts and consistent standards
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Data, and Product teams
- Guide technology adoption and steward platform budgets
- Optimize resource allocation and champion automation-first practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams and embed platform governance
- Shape digital identity, device security, and friction-free sign-in experiences
- Ensure meaningful improvements to members through small, safe changes
