Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record leading change on large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion
- Strong experience across finance transformation programmes within complex organisations
- Demonstrable expertise in planning and delivering change and engagement strategies end-to-end
- Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG or similar
- Ability to influence at senior level while remaining hands-on and delivery focused
- Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end change and engagement strategy
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Shape stakeholder engagement strategies
- Lead change impact and readiness activities
- Drive adoption across a multi-layered environment
- Operate strategically while managing detailed delivery with teams
Description
We are supporting a large, complex organisation through a major finance transformation programme, centred around the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. This senior Change Lead role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring the business is engaged, prepared, and ready to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. This position requires onsite presence 3 days per week.
