Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience working as a techno-functional consultant or manager across Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll in a complex organization. You should have a strong understanding of Fast Formulas, payroll configuration, and quarterly release management, having completed a minimum of 8 full cycles. Experience in leading small teams and mentoring functional consultants is essential. A proven ability to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions is required. You must be a confident communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail are necessary, along with familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods. A degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Payroll, Business Systems, or Computer Science is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and mentor a small team of internal HCM & Payroll functional consultants. You will manage and deliver enhancements, configuration changes, and quarterly release activities for Oracle HCM & Payroll. Your tasks will involve translating business requirements into functional and technical designs to support both internal builds and external delivery partners. You will assess and implement opt-in functionality from Oracle's quarterly updates to drive continual improvement. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end testing, release management, and deployment, including critical tax patch cycles. You will troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll issues in collaboration with wider IT and business teams. Producing clear documentation such as process models, training guides, user documentation, and test scripts will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will present new functionality and best-practice guidance to business stakeholders.
