Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical skills and experience with software tools such as Microsoft Excel and statistical packages (e.g., SPSS). Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is beneficial. While we do not expect you to be an expert in all areas when starting, experience with similar software is required. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within our team and with various partners and clients.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take a lead role in analyzing and reporting on data from the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS). Your work will involve data analysis, visualization, and report writing projects in an Agile project environment. You will contribute to planning and innovations within the team while working on diverse projects that provide vital insights for central government and local decision-makers in the social care sector.
