Must:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience. You should be proficient in coding languages such as PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, JSON, or equivalent. Attention to detail is crucial, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. We want someone who can effectively manage multiple tasks and projects independently. Additionally, you must be able to commute to our office at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
In this role, your core responsibility will be to create specifications and deliver code that meets the needs requested by our account management team. Your typical activities will include managing and supporting other coders as needed, participating in the planning and designing of appropriate code to meet the evolving needs of our clients, and developing the SkillGate application with web-based coding as needed. It’s essential to ensure that documentation and testing are handled professionally. You'll also support our server manager in managing system backups and testing emergency data recovery methods. Monitoring system performance and implementing adjustments when necessary will be part of your duties.

Our offerings include one of the industry's most advanced Learning and Performance Management Systems, along with a wide range of online training courses that cover both regulatory and self-development training. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to join our management team, either on a full-time or part-time basis, and who wishes to expand their experience and responsibilities. In addition to the account management team and production team, our workforce includes 3 full-time programmers, a server manager, and two designers. We utilize Windows and Linux servers hosted by a third-party company, and while knowledge of Adobe ColdFusion is beneficial, it is not essential. We pride ourselves on being ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited.
