IT-Manager

As the IT Manager, I will expect you to: - Develop and execute the company’s IT roadmap aligned with our business goals and identify opportunities for digital transformation across construction workflows. - Oversee network architecture, hardware, software, and cloud services while ensuring reliable connectivity and data access across remote sites and our Head Office. - Manage printing solutions, the IP telephony system at Head Office, mobile device deployment, and rugged tech solutions for field teams, as well as data backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive project data and liaise with our chosen partner to ensure compliance with certifications, including annual Cyber Essentials Certification. - Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate pre-construction and construction management software and support Deltek PIM, a cloud-based solution that centralizes and manages project-related documents, emails, and drawings. - Lead and mentor our IT Support Engineer and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. - Provide proactive hands-on support and training to staff across the business, resolving technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime both on-site and in the office, and escalate to third-party providers when necessary.
