Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with database management and UI development
- Proven ability to build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Experience in rapidly testing assumptions and iterating solutions
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements in regulated industries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Responsibilities
- Build and launch products for new healthcare ventures
- Validate technical assumptions and iterate based on real user feedback
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define minimum technical work
- Choose architectures and technologies that balance speed with sustainability
- Scale solutions as ventures prove viable and help shape engineering capability
- Ensure compliance with security requirements while maintaining momentum
- Act as the sole engineer on early-stage ventures, providing technical leadership
