Must:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in data integration and governance best practices
- Experience with data manipulation and administration tasks in Salesforce
- Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies in CRM applications
Responsibilities
- Integrate data into the Salesforce platform in alignment with the organizations data strategy
- Ensure high-quality standards of data imported into Salesforce
- Implement robust governance measures for data within the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their specific data needs
- Partner with the Data Architect to develop robust architectural designs
- Utilize behavioral and personal data to create and maintain customer audiences
- Work with CRM, Product, and Tech teams to prioritize and deploy MarTech and data enhancements
- Evolve our use of the Salesforce Platform, including new channels and AI capabilities
- Provide support and mentorship to colleagues on Marketing Cloud best practices
- Maintain and own native Salesforce business processes
- Perform daily administration tasks such as data merging and system configuration
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM communications and enhance customer experience
