Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a customer service role, particularly in a facilities or commercial FM helpdesk environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is also required. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Administrator, I will ensure that our team provides first-line support for technical, Building Management, and Facilities Services. Your duties will include being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, accurately processing enquiries, and resolving concerns when possible. You will be responsible for logging helpdesk queries in our management system according to each client's contract. Additionally, you will follow up on queries, plan for engineer or subcontractor attendance, liaise with contractors and client representatives, and keep clients updated on the progress of works. It will also be your responsibility to escalate issues as needed, produce reports for engineers, and assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

We offer a salary of up to £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
