Responsibilities
- In this role, I will provide full training on our Simplicity products, services, and processes.
- I will answer calls and e-mails in line with team KPIs.
- I will develop and maintain a complete understanding of our products and ongoing releases.
- I will conduct technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- Assisting Engineers remotely with commissioning, testing, and updating the web portal after installation of products will be part of my duties.
- I will ensure that we meet the client's standards of service levels within strict timescales.
- Collaboration with other teams within our company will be key to building understanding and consistency of process and approach.
- I will keep accurate records regarding customer queries in our database.
- Staying up to date with the company's product/service portfolio is essential, along with attending regular training sessions.
- I will report and escalate any errors or problems to management when necessary.
- Working collaboratively within a team and maintaining a pleasant working environment is a priority.
