Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Group Policy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to deliver high standards of customer service
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support via phone, in person, and onsite at the head office
- Log and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, focusing on first-time fixes
- Escalate complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal users and external partners
Description
We are a well-established organization looking to expand our IT team by adding an IT Service Desk Analyst. You will join a busy Service Desk environment, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. This role offers an opportunity to gain long-term experience in IT support while working with a variety of technologies and projects.
