Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT service delivery and operations management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams
- Experience managing P&L of significant size (circa £18M)
- Background in consultancy or as a Systems Integrator (SI) is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of risk, audit, and control activities within IT
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with suppliers and partners
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

- Define and execute the Digital IT Service Delivery strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead risk, audit, and control activities for the IT function
- Develop and mentor high-performing leadership teams
- Build a strong succession pipeline for future leadership
- Manage both onshore and offshore service providers
- Set and deliver operational plans, KPIs, and OKRs
- Build trusted relationships with Board and Senior stakeholders
- Conduct commercial negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and value for money
