Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience and knowledge of major SAP systems and their integration dependencies
- Experience with SAP ECC – material and stock control, financial posting, data quality and corrections
- Experience with SAP ME – configuring operations, data collections, tools, deviations and more
- Experience with SAP EWM – configuration of process, storage locations and bins
- Experience with SAP APO – configuration of resource capacity limits
- Experience in testing and deployment across development, integration, and production systems
- Proven ability to engage with business users to understand process needs, gather requirements, and resolve challenges
- Demonstrable experience balancing day-to-day incident resolution with project tasks
- Ability to work according to and improve team processes, ensuring execution, documentation, and transparency
Responsibilities
- Take on technical responsibilities for the configuration and support of SAP ECC, SAP ME, EWM, and APO alongside the team and key business users
- Develop knowledge of business processes to advise on improvements and navigate change
- Establish a foundation of process and technical excellence in preparation for the future
- Contribute to achieving our Industry 4.0 vision for our new facility
- Use technology to provide state-of-the-art solutions that transform our business
- Map requirements and functionality to business goals, align priorities, and manage stakeholders, resources, and dependencies
- Influence and build a robust end-to-end digital landscape in line with global Healthineers strategy
- Help cultivate a digital culture that empowers users and ensures system adoption, process embedding, and data integrity
- Inspire the business by translating technical requirements into tangible benefits
- Build strong relationships across our global business and act as a trusted advisor
