Requirements
Must:
- Experience providing 2nd line IT support
- Confidence in troubleshooting Windows systems, devices, and cloud platforms
- Skills in or a keen interest in developing expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra, Intune, networking, and telephony
- Clear communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable
- Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours work
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, clinical systems, and VoIP telephony
- Resolve day-to-day support requests
- Contribute to cyber security and system administration
- Participate in project work as needed
- Meet the demands of services operating 24/7, which may include out-of-hours site visits and remote support work
