Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop O365 functionality e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Azure
- Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobiles, phones, tablets, and printers
- Configure and build Windows desktops and laptops
- Install and maintain printers and scanners
- Maintain I.T. records and documentation
- Follow and maintain internal processes and policies
