Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical experience in a commercial or B2C environment
- A natural ability to turn complex data into simple, impactful stories
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL/Tableau beneficial)
- A curious, detail-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting on sales performance and KPIs
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Translate data into compelling recommendations that influence action
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing & Finance
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering our sales strategy
Description
At Sharps, we create beautifully designed, bespoke fitted furniture that transforms homes. We are looking for a Group Insight Analyst to bring clarity to our sales performance, turning data into meaningful insights that shape decisions and drive growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-established, design-led brand where insight plays a central role in shaping performance, customer experience, and future growth. This position is based in either Bagshot or Bilston and offers a hybrid working model.
