Requirements
Must:
- Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, e.g. Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, or similar
- Excellent communication skills and articulation
- Understanding and recognition of Customer Service and Quality
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of desk-based engineers and a technical field team
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally
- Drive performance to meet SLA targets and audit requirements
- Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams and external surveyor networks
- Produce management information on a monthly basis
- Manage a portfolio of complex subsidence claims from inspection to resolution
- Promote best practice and continuous improvement within the Subsidence Operations team
- Understand, implement, and comply with company procedures and actively promote the principle of treating customers fairly
