Ideal candidates will have: - Experience in building and configuring PCs and laptops. - Knowledge of PC hardware components, operating systems, and software applications. - Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Windows 11 is preferred. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration. - The ability to manage multiple tasks, work within tight schedules, and meet deadlines. - A proactive approach to staying updated with technology trends. - Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and project scopes. ##

As a PC Build Engineer at our West Bromwich site, your key responsibilities will include: - Assembling and configuring PCs and laptops based on client specifications, ensuring that each build meets rigorous standards and performance requirements. - Conducting thorough testing of hardware and software to guarantee reliability and performance before deployment. - Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. - Maintaining accurate records of all builds, including specifications, configurations, and testing results. - Managing and tracking inventory of components and peripherals to ensure availability and minimize downtime. - Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues that arise during the build process. - Working within set timescales and SLAs to ensure timely delivery of builds without compromising quality. - Staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to continually improve build processes and solutions. ##
