Requirements
Must:
- Strong 2nd Line Engineer experience
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Server & Desktop Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (M365 & Azure)
- Understanding of Virtualisation, Networking, Firewalls & Cyber Security
- Experience with Backup solutions, Anti-Virus & Endpoint Security
- Familiarity with Email filtering (e.g. Mimecast) and security access control
- Proven ability to support projects and collaborate with vendors
Responsibilities
- Handle 3rd Line incidents and escalations, owning issues through to resolution
- Identify root causes and communicate findings clearly with clients
- Support infrastructure and cloud projects alongside internal teams and external vendors
- Contribute to process improvements, trend analysis, and enhance ticket flow
- Represent Sharp professionally, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth
