Requirements
Must:
- Mid-to-senior level engineer with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with N-Central RMM is essential
- Proficient in PowerShell
- Familiarity with API integrations and RESTful interfaces
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Desirable: knowledge of Ansible
- Desirable: exposure to Power BI or data warehousing
Responsibilities
- Own the discovery, design, build, and ongoing management of automation solutions
- Develop, optimise, and maintain N-Central RMM policies, scripts, monitoring templates, and workflows
- Build automation and integrations across Halo PSA, Microsoft 365, Azure, and SOC tooling
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to reduce manual workload across technical teams
- Improve monitoring thresholds, alerting standards, and automated responses across RMM and SOC environments
- Support SOC alert optimisation, including automated enrichment and routing
- Build and maintain strong documentation and automation standards
- Create a centralised automation library to ensure repeatability and scalability
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively identify automation opportunities
