Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-4 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role, particularly within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You should have proven experience supporting multiple clients and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, including Azure Active Directory, security, identity, and basic administration. Excellent troubleshooting skills with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive are essential. You should also have solid experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP, as well as familiarity with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022). Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager and an understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, VPN) is important. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are a must, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced MSP setting.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools to multiple clients in an MSP environment. You will troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and core Windows services. We expect you to manage and resolve escalated tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring accurate and clear documentation throughout the process. You will support and maintain client infrastructure, which includes Windows Server, networking, VPN, Intune/endpoint management, Exchange Online, and SharePoint. Additionally, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes where possible will be part of your responsibilities. You will assist with user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and security policies, as well as deploy software, updates, and patches across client environments. Collaboration with 1st and 3rd line teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also essential, alongside contributing to process improvements and knowledge base documentation.
