Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in a Project Engineer or senior 3rd Line role within an MSP environment. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). - Experience with Azure (IaaS, networking, identity, security). - Proficient in Intune and device management. - Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022). - Experience delivering cloud migrations and Modern Workplace projects. - Strong understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access & MFA. - Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls). - Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V). - Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, or SC-300 are desirable. - Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions is a plus. - Exposure to cyber security frameworks and security hardening is beneficial. - Experience with RMM and PSA tools within an MSP environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver client projects focused on Microsoft 365 migrations and optimisation. - Execute Azure infrastructure deployments. - Implement Modern Workplace solutions (Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access). - Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and on-prem to cloud transitions. - Implement and configure Azure Virtual Machines, Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Endpoint Manager. - Develop security and compliance policies. - Deliver hybrid infrastructure solutions involving Windows Server and Azure integration. - Plan and execute server and network upgrades as needed. - Produce clear technical documentation, project plans, and handover documentation. - Support pre-sales activity including technical scoping and solution design. - Collaborate with the Service Desk team to ensure smooth project transitions into support. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high technical standards.
