Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience in IT support, ideally in an educational setting. You should possess strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networks, and hardware. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. A full UK driving licence is required for traveling between schools, and you must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to provide on-site IT support for staff and students across multiple schools. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems. Assisting staff with technical issues and offering guidance on IT best practices will be a key part of your job. It’s also important to ensure that safeguarding, data protection, and security standards are maintained while keeping accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and equipment.

I am offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per year, with the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment supporting schools and students. This position allows for experience across multiple school sites and technologies, along with a mileage allowance for travel between schools.
