Must:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, though this is not essential. You should have a passion for IT and a strong eagerness to learn new technologies. Good communication skills and a solid customer service mindset are important. A basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking principles is also beneficial. We seek a proactive individual who is willing to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for technical support issues through phone, email, and our ticketing system. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware, software, and network problems, as well as escalating complex or unresolved issues to our 2nd or 3rd line teams. You will log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user updates. Additionally, you will assist with the setup of hardware, software installations, and user account management, while maintaining clear and professional communication with end-users. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation.
