We seek a candidate with deep expertise in statistical genetics and hands-on experience working with large cohort datasets. The ideal person will possess:
- A strong grounding in statistical genetics theory, typically at the PhD or postdoctoral level.
- Experience analyzing cohort data and familiarity with platforms such as DNANexus RAP and the All of Us Workbench.
- A track record of independently building statistical genetics pipelines.
- Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Nextflow, Snakemake, or Cromwell.
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, Bash, and SQL.
- Experience with GWAS and downstream methods including fine-mapping, colocalization, and Mendelian randomization.
