Requirements
Must:

- A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4-6 years of experience for Bachelor's degree holders, or 2-4 years for Master's degree holders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Experience in two or more of the following: T-SQL, VB.net, C#.net, ASP, ASP.net, SSMS, Rest API creation, Agile, Cyber Security Protocols, and SQL Server 2008R2/2022.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively at all organizational levels, including with suppliers and external customers.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong ethical values and integrity, with self-accountability in achieving goals and standards.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support manufacturing operations.
- Ability to travel to different manufacturing sites as needed.

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and code software systems programming applications.
- Evaluate and prepare system engineering and technical analyses, documents, proposals for change, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in the development of end-user tools for data analysis, reporting, and workflow processes with database communication.
- Analyze existing software and improve processes.
- Organize the Design and Test Lab departments based on new functionality requirements.
- Integrate in-house software for test equipment and contribute to on-site software debugging, machine adaptation, and optimization.
- Design and develop MES production applications, integrating shop floor data into enterprise applications as part of our Industry 4.0 strategy.
- Create reporting tools for end users and provide production support for existing systems and processes developed by the MIS team.
- Manage database backups and recovery procedures, as well as implement database security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Train end users to utilize new functions and systems.
