Requirements
Must:
- A university degree (Bachelors or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Basic networking certification (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Fortinet FCA)
- Experience in automotive, regulated environments, or manufacturing
- Strong communication skills to convey the right message effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- Result-oriented approach to meet goals within deadlines
- Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong planning and organizing abilities
- Problem-solving capabilities to analyze situations logically
- Effective time management skills
- Conflict management skills to reach agreeable solutions
- Resilience to work under pressure
- Technical skills in network data, routing and switching, and wireless
- Knowledge of network security, including FortiGate products, Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE
- Familiarity with network voice systems
Responsibilities
- Analyze and define business needs, translating them into technical solutions
- Support and evolve a globally distributed network environment
- Monitor network performance and electronic transactions
- Proactively identify and resolve network issues
- Ensure system reliability and security
- Maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for network solutions
- Participate in designing and implementing network communications
- Implement system enhancements for performance improvements
- Organize terminal orders and cable installations
- Plan, upgrade, monitor, test, and service network systems
