IT Project Manager

- Lead the successful delivery of a wide range of IT projects in accordance with project management best practices - Meet with clients to gather detailed project requirements and clarify specifics - Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility - Develop comprehensive project plans and manage implementation processes including resource allocation and progress tracking - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals - Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis as necessary - Regularly communicate and present project schedules and statuses to stakeholders - Report and escalate issues to management as needed - Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Plan, direct, and coordinate all IT projects related to Commercial Excellence - Manage the entire project life-cycle stages from Intake to Administrative close - Maintain project documentation and approvals at each stage of the PMLC (Project Management Lifecycle) - Interact with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution - Support the Source Selection process and BOM cost analysis during project intake - Coordinate resource allocation and define RASCI roles for all assigned projects - Assign tasks and ensure milestones are met on time - Schedule steering committee meetings with senior leadership and prepare status reports - Communicate risks and mitigation plans effectively to support objectives - Assist in process development and improvement
