Embedded Software Functional Lead

- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. - Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members. - Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. - Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation. - Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results. - Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). - Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers. - Experience with global team coordination and dotted-line leadership (desirable). - Familiarity with onboarding and professional development frameworks (desirable). - Development of Systems or Software solutions for Electric Vehicle platforms (desirable). - Knowledge of secure boot, HSM, and secure diagnostics (desirable). - Knowledge of AUTOSAR configuration tools (desirable). - Knowledge of ISO26262 Road Vehicles - Functional Safety and/or ISO21434 Road Vehicle Cybersecurity or similar (desirable). - Exposure to OEM projects and supplier collaboration (desirable). - Experience with AI tools in software development and testing (desirable). - Agile development methodology experience (desirable). - Experience with JIRA, Jama, Gitlab, Confluence, Stages (desirable).
