Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have 3+ years of experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support, specifically focusing on infrastructure, business applications, and user support in an international environment. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of IT network management, hardware management (including computers, smartphones, printers, etc.), security management, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Office365 end-user support. Familiarity with Windows Server, VMWare, and backup strategies is preferred. You must be a team player who is autonomous and a problem solver, with flexibility and a hands-on approach. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively is important. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities
As our IT Systems Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues at our client's head office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing effective and responsive support to both local and remote users. Your duties will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level user helpdesk support via our ticketing system (Service Now), email, and phone.
- Managing IT hardware, equipment, and software requirements.
- Handling user accounts and access policies.
- Preparing, documenting, planning, organizing, executing, and validating IT changes.
- Contributing to company-wide IT infrastructure and security projects in collaboration with teams in the EU and US.
- Analyzing opportunities for automation, proposing solutions, and implementing them.
- Providing hands-on technical support for various IT inquiries and on-site hardware support.
- Developing and delivering training materials and sessions to help employees maximize productivity.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.
