Head of Technical Architecture

We are looking for a qualified individual with the following essential qualifications: - A degree level qualification in a Digital Development and Technology discipline. - A formal architectural qualification such as BCS, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), or Zachman, or equivalent experience. - A formal cloud architecture qualification, either Microsoft Azure Solution Architect Expert or AWS Solution Architect Associate, or equivalent experience. - A formal architecture modeling qualification in Archimate, UML (Unified Modelling Language), or BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), or equivalent experience. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience leading a team of solution architects with strong collaboration skills and an understanding of complex technological landscapes. - Proficiency in liaising with stakeholders and translating business requirements into relevant solution design artifacts in alignment with Enterprise Architecture. - An extensive track record in strategizing and executing transformation initiatives, with experience in business change efforts leveraging AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems. - Practical exposure to implementing Solution Architecture frameworks in real-world business transformation scenarios. - The ability to connect with stakeholders both internally and externally, facilitating discussions on challenging subjects under tight deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations. - Robust analytical skills, with the capability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support evidence-driven decision-making.
