Requirements

Must:
- Proven HR Business Analyst within a large HR transformation programme. - Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors best practices, functionality and modules (Performance, Learning, Recruiting, Employee Central). - Analytical and problem-solving skills using techniques such as SWOT analysis, MoSCoW prioritisation, and BPMN process modelling. - Experience supporting across testing lifecycle activities. - Familiar with integration tools such as MuleSoft and data management concepts. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

- Conduct business analysis and AS is discovery, facilitating workshops and design sessions to validate processes and gather business requirements. - Produce requirement specifications and high-quality documentation. - Serve as an SME in HR systems and process mapping across the SAP SuccessFactors suite. - Lead the capture, documentation, and analysis of business processes, ensuring alignment with BPMN standards. - Analyse document data flows and process impacts across HR modules. - Identify gaps between current state and target operating model, defining activities required to transition to the new HR landscape.

We are delighted to support our long-standing client with the recruitment of an HRIS Business Analyst on a 1-year fixed-term contract basis. This role is pivotal in their migration to SAP SuccessFactors and the integration within the broader business landscape. As a key member of the HR Transformation Project team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors solutions are effectively woven into the wider digital landscape, contributing to enhanced operational excellence. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, a car allowance, performance bonus, and a hybrid working model with one day in the office per week in Central London.
