Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years experience in Product Management, ideally in digital platforms or customer-facing websites
- Proven background working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills with experience managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise effectively and explain the why behind product decisions
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, or Amplitude
- Confident in translating business needs into technical requirements (no coding required)
- Experience with back-office systems, self-service platforms, or complex digital workflows
- Desirable: Automotive, leasing, or finance experience
- Desirable: Knowledge of SEO principles
- Desirable: Exposure to CMS platforms or AI/ML-driven features
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for website, back-office, and self-service platforms
- Lead discovery to understand business needs, customer pain points, and opportunities
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable stories for engineering
- Work closely with engineering teams in the UK and India throughout sprints and delivery cycles
- Improve customer journeys, usability, and digital experience across the site
- Use analytics and data insights to drive decisions and measure performance
- Communicate progress, risks, and releases clearly to senior stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of features, improvements, and enhancements
