Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading the full software testing lifecycle, including planning, scripting, execution, and defect tracking.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and project teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to validate system functionality.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining test environments and relevant test data.
- Ability to document test results clearly and communicate issues effectively to development teams.
- Knowledge of modern testing methodologies and best practices.
- Participation in system design discussions for continuous improvement is a plus.
- Willingness to assist with business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
- Capability to provide occasional out-of-hours support for system deployments.
Responsibilities
I will lead the full software testing lifecycle, from planning and scripting to execution and defect tracking. I will collaborate closely with developers and project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. I will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to validate system functionality, as well as create and maintain test environments and relevant test data. I will document test results and communicate issues clearly to development teams. I will contribute to the design and implementation of modern testing methodologies and best practices while participating in system design discussions to support continuous improvement. Additionally, I will assist with business continuity and disaster recovery testing and provide occasional out-of-hours support for system deployments.
