- Knowledge of distributed systems & consensus protocols
- Familiarity with storage/database systems
- Experience with high-performance or networking systems
- Proven track record in running reliable, production-grade systems
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex projects end-to-end
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Capability to move quickly, iterate often, and deliver results
Responsibilities
In this role, I am looking for someone who will:
- Design, build, and scale high-performance blockchain infrastructure
- Research and prototype novel sequencing techniques, auction mechanisms, and systems design
- Own greenfield projects end-to-end—from architecture and experimentation to production deployment
